But there needs to be more of an incentive for that customer, like coupons, or something else, to get them on the list in the first place. You're right, businesses should take this more seriously. None of them are offering anything in exchange for my email except for possible coupons. If the coupons are worth it then yeah I don't mind giving out my email but I really think that big businesses should take this more seriously! Email marketing is not going anywhere anytime soon!
